Jennifer 2 urges others to start making small adjustments.
Transcript
Maybe you’ll be lucky and it will go away. I know that there is a real chance that it will not, so don’t panic but start thinking and start making adjustments to your life. Start with small adjustments but know that you might have to make some really big ones as well. But if you are expecting that you can manage long COVID and lead the life that you’ve always led, I’m sorry but that will not happen. It’s not for lack of willpower, it’s not for lack of trying, it’s not for lack of resources even, there’s nothing you can do other than learning to live with it. I think that’s harsh but, yeah, that would be my advice.
